Trust Stories About Wind Turbines

Jul.15.2026

As a leading supplier in the renewable energy industry, the news we are most afraid of hearing is that the customer has "stepped on the pit" in another place. This not only means the loss of a potential order, but also the loss of credibility of our entire industry. Last week, we met such a customer whose experience just confirmed how important the word "truth" that our DHC company has always adhered to is.

The customer is from England. He previously ordered a batch of wind turbines through an intermediary. The contract is written in black and white with power, efficiency and noise standards, which looks impeccable and the price is very tempting. However, when the wind turbines arrived, problems came one after another: the actual power was much lower than that of the contract, resulting in a great reduction in power generation efficiency; the operating noise was huge, which seriously affected the experience of guests. The customer took the contract to find the supplier's theory, but the other party criticised it on the grounds of "batch difference", "different measurement standards" and so on, and finally it didn't work. That batch of wind turbines became a pile of expensive scrap iron in his warehouse.

"I was fooled," he confided in us in the email. "Those are all fake."

It was this terrible experience that made him find our DHC. He frankly said that he didn't care whether the price was the lowest or not. He only cared about whether the wind turbines he got was exactly the same as what he said.

We fully understand his concerns. At DHC, we have engraved "truth" in our bones since the beginning of our establishment. We may not advertise overwhelmingly like some big brands, but we focus on the product itself and direct communication with customers. This is the "communication sales" model that we are proud of. It allows us to bypass the middle link and directly deliver the most authentic products to customers.

In the communication with him, we didn't give him any promises. We just sent him the detailed technical specifications, third-party test reports of our wind turbines and real use feedback of past customers one by one. We told him that each of our equipment will be strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure that its performance is exactly the same as the nominal name. We sell not only products, but also a traceable responsibility.

He finally chose us. When our wind turbines arrived in the UK and was installed and commissioned, he sent us a short email: "The wind turbines runs perfectly, power, efficiency, noise, everything is exactly the same as what is written in your information. I can finally sleep peacefully."

When I saw this sentence, what we felt was not the excitement of signing the order, but a kind of relief. In this era full of all kinds of "optimisation" and "beautification", insisting on "truth" seems to be a clumsy choice. But it is this clumsiness that has won us the trust of customers like him.

This may be the meaning of our DHC existence: use real products to fight against those false lies, so that every transaction returns to the most essential integrity.
