Wind Turbine

A wind turbine is mainly composed of blades, a hub, and permanent magnet motors, among other components. Its main function is to capture wind energy and convert it into mechanical energy, and then the permanent magnet motor will convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy.

The most commonly used type of generator on wind turbines is an alternating current generator. It has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, light weight, and simple manufacturing. It is widely applied in many fields such as hydro power generation and new energy vehicles.

The main support structure of a wind turbine is entirely dependent on the tower. This ensures that the entire machine is at the appropriate height and rotates stably, allowing for the capture of more wind energy. Energy storage battery

In off grid wind turbine system, the energy storage battery we usually equip is lithium iron phosphate battery. In recent years, lithium battery technology has also become very mature. Compared with traditional batteries, its performance is very stable, with more cycles and a longer service life.

The main function of the energy storage battery is to store the excess electricity generated by the wind turbine generator, which can supplement daily electricity consumption when power generation is insufficient. Besides lithium batteries, if the customer wants a higher cost-performance ratio, the system can also be equipped with lead-acid batteries according to the budget and requirements, which can also meet the demand for storing electricity.

Energy storage batteries are not only widely used in off grid wind turbine system, but can also be used as the core component for storing electricity in photovoltaic systems, meeting the users' off-grid electricity consumption needs.

Controller

The core function of the controller is to monitor and control the operation status of the wind turbine generator, achieve maximum power tracking, and ensure that the wind turbine operates efficiently under different wind speeds.

In addition, it has the following functions:

1. Manage the charging and discharging process of the energy storage device, protect the battery from damage such as overcharging and overdischarging, and extend the battery life.

2. Provide overload, short circuit, etc. protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Inverter

1. Stable output voltage and frequency to ensure that the power quality meets the requirements of electrical equipment.

2. In some systems, the inverter may also have grid connection function, so as to connect the system to the public power grid when necessary.

Load refers to electrical appliances used in off grid environments, such as lighting equipment, household appliances and small industrial equipment.
